California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — Your Rights

GrabWave does not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for monetary consideration. This page exists to fulfill our CCPA disclosure obligations and to provide California residents a mechanism to exercise their rights.

Your Rights Under CCPA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (we do not sell)
  • Delete your personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
  • Opt-Out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell, but you may exercise this right)
  • Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Information We Share with Third Parties

While we do not sell your information, we do share limited data with service providers who help us operate our business:

  • Shipping suppliers receive your name and address to fulfill orders
  • Stripe processes your payment information (they are PCI-compliant)
  • Klaviyo manages our email list (with your consent)
  • Google Analytics receives anonymized traffic data

These are service relationships, not sales of your data.
